First check for boost leaks when warmed, if it is good, then swap the #5 coil with #3, test drive and check if the problem moved with the coil. If the problem stayed on #5 check again the PTU. If you know of someone who can lend you one for a few minutes you can test drive the car and when it starts to misfire during the drive replace it with the other one. if the problem still exist, more than likely the problem will be in the harness. Now, the other remote posibility is the CAS because it's signal is used to feed the ECU, to feed the PTU, that feeds the coils, and like everything in electronics, it can fail when hot. I had something similar problem with my Impala SS, when it warm up the car shut down and ended up being the ignition module (PTU in our cars)
